Personal interests
I like to call myself a jack of all trades, as I inhabit a lot of different spaces and have many interests. I enjoy and foster all things well-being, creative expression, and leadership. In my free time, you may find me engaging in art (music, painting, fashion, social media, etc.), reading, taking care of my own well-being, or spending time with my loved ones. Empathy and my organizational skills are my superpowers and typically are integrated into everything I do. I also take pride in challenging the status quo and I put consistent effort into leaving a positive impact on others.

My approach to wellness
With my own past experiences in mental health and now my knowledge base being involved at Wolverine Wellness since Fall 2021, I take a holistic approach when it comes to wellness. To me, it is important to understand that many factors can influence our well-being and multiple things can be true at once. Where you come from, what you have experienced, the ins and outs of your daily life, everything about your personality, who you identify as, and more, are all relevant to maintaining your well-being. As a coach, I aim to understand your story, encourage autonomy, and move toward positive change as a collaborative effort.
