Approach to wellness
As someone who came to campus not knowing much about how well-being impacted my life, I know that wellness can be a foreign idea or even something that feels like it isn’t applicable to your life. I’ve been peer facilitating a class, ALA 240: Living Well in College and Beyond for four semesters now. Through this, I have built my understanding of well-being and a passion for wanting to help folks realize that wellness is for everyone. Specifically through finding ways that wellness can fit into your life and how being well can help you be successful. I believe that you are the expert on your life and I am here to help add a well-being context to that.
