Personal interests

As a lifelong learner, no two days are the same for me. I'm an adventurer who loves making the most out of life by traveling the world and experiencing its wonders. You might find me in a dojo, honing my skills as a black belt and sharing my passion for martial arts through teaching. Alternatively, you could find me in front of a screen, indulging in my role as a self-proclaimed movie and TV critic, or diving into the endless rabbit holes of random knowledge on YouTube. Sometimes, you'll catch me taking a dance break and singing my heart out loud and proud, while other times, I’m enjoying a lazy day on the couch. Embracing duality is essential to me.

Approach to wellness

It's essential to recognize that we are all at different stages of our wellness journeys, and that's imperfectly okay. My approach to wellness views it as a continuum that we continuously move through. I believe in meeting individuals where they are and helping them develop skills to be both proactive and reactive in their journey. The aim is not to label things as "good" or "bad" since these labels vary for everyone, but to identify what works best for each person.
