Approach to wellness

Well-being looks different for every person, so my approach to working with individuals is focused on identifying what living a full and meaningful life might look like for them. This means embracing unique approaches to self-care and coping with the stress of being a college student, rather than listening to what media, culture, or other people with authority might tell us this should look like. As a coach, I believe in taking a student-centered, strengths-focused approach that involves walking side by side with students and recognizing them as the expert on their own health and wellness, not me.
